Staff and Trustees
The project is supported by six voluntary Trustees, eight paid employees, and hundreds of hours of volunteer support each year! The Project Director leads the project on a day-to-day basis, meeting with the Trustees regularly to discuss financial affairs, planned developments, and other matters requiring their attention.
Staff hold a comprehensive range of Youth Work, Community Development, Outdoor Adventure, and Sports Coaching qualifications.
