Ocean Youth Trust Sailing Voyage

 

Each year we take 10 young people on a sailing voyage with the Ocean Youth Trust.

 

Through Ocean Youth Trust Scotland, we sail aboard a 70ft sea going yacht - the “Alba Venturer”. This is a full week aboard, where 10 young people aged 14+ will be crew members running the yacht on a youth development residential. 

 

The voyage is over 7 days and provides a safe, unique and extremely effective environment for the personal development of young people. 

 

 

Costs to the individual are kept to a minimum because,  as a group, we source the money ourselves through various fundraising activities and events.
